Shipping and Returns

Delivery of your Carlo Lanza socks.
After order and payment of your Carlo Lanza socks, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Without prior notice, you can expect the shipping will occur within 24 hours. If not, we will personally inform you.

The transport of your order has been outsourced to DHL or PostNL. You can reasonably expect the delivery of your order within 24-48 hours after shipping. However, both parties can also deviate from this.

Return of your Carlo Lanza socks.
Is your order not satisfactory? Or have you, for example, ordered the wrong size or colour? Please feel free to send an e-mail to info[a]carlolanza.nl and submit a return request. The official return period is 14 days. However, we employ 30 days if the socks are undamaged / unworn and returned in their original packaging.
